Here's the Daniel 11:36 - 12:13 notes found on a John Wycliffe study bible:

Restored here in some eligible modern English spelling, {with comments} and with the Tyndale and friends' Bible comparison:
Daniel 11:36
The king shall do what him list, he shall exalt and magnify him self against all, that is God. Yea he shall speak marvelous things against the God of all gods, wherein he shall prosper, so long till the wrath be fulfilled, for the conclusion is devised already.

Code:

Daniel 11:36 And the king shall do by his will, and he shall be raised [up], and magnified against each god, and against God of gods he shall speak great things; and he shall be directed, till wrathfulness be [ful]filled. For the determining is perfectly made.

"And the king;" that is, antichrist. "shall do his will;" for his malice shall be brought to effect. These things been said of Antiok only, as he was figure of antichrist, for these things been not verified of Antiok to the letter, but only of antichrist. "Raised and magnified against each god;" as Paul saith in the 2nd Pistle to the Tessalonians Chapter 2 verse 4. Antichrist is enhanced above all thing which is said God, either which is worshiped, and sheweth him self as if he is God. And therefore this letter may not be expounded no but of antichrist, for when Antiok raised not him self against each god, but he worshiped the idol of Jouys, and set it in the temple of Jerusalem, and induced Jews to the worshipping thereof, as much as he might, as it is read in the first book and second book of Machabeus. "And against God of goddis he shall speak great things;" for antichrist shall speak despisings and blasphemies against God of heaven, for he shall shew him self as if he is God. "And he shall be dressid;" {or directed to dress himself superficially with the identification of what the people carnally favors} for his malice shall be brought to his purpose, for he shall sit in the temple as if he is God, but not long, for it sueth "till wrathfulness of God be filled" on him, when by God's virtue he shall die suddenly, as saints seen, and the postle saith in 2nd Pistle to Tess 2:4. The Lord Ihesu by the spirit of his mouth shall slay antichrist. "The determining, etc.;" as if he said, it is determined so in the beforeknowing of God, and therefore it is so certain of time to coming, as if he (it) were now done of time passed.

Daniel 11:37
He shall not regard the God of his fathers, but his lust shall be upon women: Yea he shall not care for any God, for he shall magnify himself above all.

Code:
Daniel 11:37 And he shall not erect the God of his fathers, and he shall be in the covetousness of women, and he shall not charge any of gods, for he shall rise against all things.

"Not erect the God of his fathers;" {erect or reckon the aggregate of qualities in deity, as lifting up it's value or highly honoring divine valor & acknowledging that driven virtue of God that makes up good character} for antichrist shall be born of Jews, either of Christian men, that worship God of heaven, and antichrist shall do away his worshipping, and mistake to him self. "And he shall be in the covetousness of women;" for though antichrist feign chastity with outforth, to deceive lightlier other men, needless he shall not be chast verily, for he shall be full of all malice , and so he shall be leacherous, and therefore he is signified by the beast stying from the see, in 17th chapter of Apocalipse. In the beast is signified fleshly joliness, ether lecherie {i.e. debauchery 1. Indulgence in sensual pleasures; scandalous activities involving sex, alcohol, or drugs without inhibition. 2.(archaic) Seduction from duty.} and therefore the philosofor in First book of Etikis clepith fleshly lies, ether lustful life, beastly life. "He shall not charge any of goddis"; this is openly sooth of antichrist, and false of Antiok. "for he shall rise against all thingis"; that is, against God and men; for antichrist shall rise against all men, in making them subject to him self, and against God, in mistaking to himself the worshipping [worship] of God.

Daniel 11:38
In his place shall he worship the mighty Idols: and the God whom his fathers knew not, shall he honour with gold and silver, with precious stones and pleasant jewels.

Code:
Daniel 11:38 Forsooth he shall honour  god of Maoozim in his place, and he shall worship  god, whom his fathers knew not, with gold, and silver, and precious stone, and precious things.

"honour god Maosym"; Maosym is interpreted strong hold, ether help; the private fiend of antichrist shall he cleped thus, for he shall have of him strong hold and help; ether in other manner strong hold in said a place that shall be builded of antichrist, where he shall worship prively thilk {the very same} fiend. "and he shall worship god, etc."; this word and is set here for this word that is whom his fathers known not; that is, Jews ether Christian men, of which antichrist shall come. "with gold and silver, etc."; for in that (this) place antichrist shall set precious riches, as in a place most privy, and most strong.

Daniel 11:39
This shall he do, seeking help and succour at the mighty Idols and strange gods. Such as receive him, and take him for God, he shall give them great worship and power: yea and make them lords of the multitude, and give them the land with rewards.

Code:
Daniel 11:39 And he shall do that he make strong Maoozim, with the alien god which he knew .  And he shall multiply glory, and shall give power to them in many things; and shall part the land at his will.

"he shall do"; this thing that is said. "that he make strong Maosym"; that is, thilk place where he shall worship the fiend privily; therefore he seith, "with the alien god which he knew", by homeliness, and covenants mad with him, for he shall have a covenant with that fiend, private ether special to him self, which fiend oweth to be alien from each man. "he shall multiply glory"; to men obeying to him, in enhancing them; for he shall enhance only men, that shall obey to him, that he shall pursue good men, that should stand against him. "power in many things"; he seith not in all thingis, for he shall not make any man even with him self. "depart the land at his will"; that is, for his will, to his homely men.

Daniel 11:40
In the latter time, shall the king of the south strive with him: and the king of the north in like manner shall come against him with chariots, horsemen and with a great navy of ships. He shall come into the lands, destroy and go thorow:

Code:
Daniel 11:40 And in the time determined the king of the south shall fight against him, and the king of the north shall come as a tempest against him, in chariots, and with knights, and in great navy.  And he shall enter into lands, and shall defoul them; and he shall pass forth,

"in time determined"; of God, that before seeth and ordaineth thingis to coming. "the king of the south"; that is, of Egypt. "and the king of the north"; that is, Antichrist, signified here by Antiok, that was the figure of antichrist. "entre in to londis, and shall defoul" for the king of Egypt shall be one of the first defiled of Antichrist.

Daniel 11:41
he shall enter also in to the fair pleasant land. Many cities and countries shall decay, except Edom, Moab and the best of the children of Ammon, which shall escape from his hand.

Code:
Daniel 11:41 and shall enter into the glorious land, and many shall fall.  Forsooth these lands alone shall be saved from his hand, Edom, and Moab, and [the] princes of the sons of Ammon.

"in to the glorious lond"; that is, Judea, which is said glorious, for miracles done there of God, and for the works of our health made there by Christ. "and many shall fall"; that is, many lands, and cities, and folks shallen be subject to antichrist. "these alone, etc; Edom and Moab, etc" this shall be done by God's mercy, for holy men shall have there some refuge in the time of antichrist; and this shall be done for feeble men, that durst not put themself forth against antichrist.

Daniel 11:42
He shall stretch forth his hands upon the countries, and the land of Egypt shall not escape him.

Code:
Daniel 11:42 And he shall send his hand into lands, and the land of Egypt shall not escape.

"send his hand in to lands"; for when antichrist shall send messengers in to lands, where he shall not come in his own person. "the land of Egypt shall not escape"; for it shall be of the first lands subject to antichrist.

Daniel 11:43
For thorow his going in, he shall have dominion over the treasures of silver and gold, and over all the precious jewels of Egypt, Lybia and Ethiopia.

Code:
Daniel 11:43 And he shall be lord of treasures of gold, and of silver, and in all precious things of Egypt; also he shall pass by Libya and Ethiopia.

"by Libia and Ethiopia"; for also these terrains shall be subject to antichrist.

Daniel 11:44
Nevertheless the tidings out of the East and the north shall trouble him, for the which cause he shall go forth to destroy and curse a great multitude.

Code:
Daniel 11:44 And fame from the east and from the north shall disturb him; and he shall come with a great multitude to all-break, and to slay full many men.

"and fame, etc"; for when the fame of holy man, that deny obedience to antichrist, shall disturbe him, ether in hap the fame of some faithful king, that would against him. "come with a great multitude"; for he shall have a full great host. "slay full many men"; that is, all men that deny obedience to him.

Daniel 11:45
The tents of his palace shall he pitch betwixt the two seas, upon the hill of the noble Sanctuary, for he shall come to the end of it, and then shall no man help him.

Code:
Daniel 11:45 And he shall set his tabernacle in Apadno, betwixt the seas, on the noble hill and holy; and he shall come till to the height thereof, and no man shall help him.

"in Aphedue"; that is, Emaws, as Jerom seith, which place is betwix the dead sea and the sea of middle earth. "on the noble hill and holy" that is, the hill of Olivette, either Sion; for when antichrist shall set his tabernacle in Emaws, he shall set it in a manner on the hill of Olivet, ether on th ehill of Sion, that been nigh hills, and been for only a mile, for the hill places of Jerusalem higinnen at Emaws. "and he shall come til to the heighth thereof"; for antichrist shall come in to the hill of Sion, in the place where the temple was, that he sit there, and be worshiped, as if he be God, as Paul seith: also he shall come til to the cop of the ill of Olivet, from whense Christ stied in to heaven, as if he shall stie from thence an high by the virtue of the fiend bering him. "and no man shall help him"; for he shall be slain there suddenly, his Goddis virtue, as Paul saith in 2nd Pistle to Tess Chapter 2.

Daniel 12:1-13
1The time will come also, that the great prince Michael, which standeth on thy people side, shall arise up, for there shall come a time of trouble, such as never was, since there began to be any people, unto that same time. Then shall thy people be delivered, yea all those that be found written in the book.  2Many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth, shall awake, some to everlasting life, some to perpetual shame and reproof.  3The wise (such as have taught other) shall glister, as the shining of heaven: and those that have instruct the multitude unto Godliness, shall be as the stars, world without end.  4And thou O Daniel, shut up these words, and seal the book, till the last time. Many shall go about here and there, and then shall knowledge increase.  5So I Daniel looked, and behold, there stood other two: one upon this shore of the water, the other upon yonder side.  6And one of them said unto him, which was clothed in linen, and stood above upon the waters of the flood; How long shall it be to the end of these wonderous works?  7Then heard I the man with the linen clothes, which stood above upon the waters of the flood: when he held up his right and left hand unto heaven, and sware by him which liveth for ever: that it shall tarry for a time, two times and half a time: when the power of the holy people is clean scattered abroad, then shall all these things be fulfilled.  8I heard it well, but I understood it not. Then said I: O my Lord, what shall happen after that?  9He answered: Go thy way Daniel, for the words shall be closed up and sealed, till the last time:  10and many shall be purified, cleansed and tried. But the ungodly shall live wickedly, and those wicked (as many as they be) shall have no understanding. As for such as have understanding, they shall regard it.  11And from the time forth that the daily offering shall be put down and the abominable desolation set up, there shall be a thousand two hundredth and ninety days.  12O well is him, that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundredth and thirty five days.  13Go thou thy way now, till it be ended: take thy rest, and bide in thy lot, till the days have an end. The end of the Prophecy of Daniel.

Code:
Daniel 12:1 Forsooth in that time Michael, the great prince, shall rise, that standeth for the sons of thy people.  And  time  shall come, what manner time was not, from that time from which folks began to be, till to that time.  And in that time thy people shall be saved, each that is found written in the book of life.
Daniel 12:2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of  earth, shall awake fully, some into everlasting life, and others into shame, that they see ever[more].
Daniel 12:3 Forsooth they that be taught, [or wise,] shall shine as the shining of the firmament, and they that teach many men to rightfulness, shall shine as stars into everlasting everlastingnesses.
Daniel 12:4 But thou, Daniel, close the words, and aseal the book, till to the time ordained; full many men shall pass, and knowing shall be manyfold.
Daniel 12:5 And I, Daniel, saw, and lo! as twain other men stood; one stood on this side, on the brink of the flood, and another on that side, on the tother part of the flood.
Daniel 12:6 And I said to the man that was clothed in linen clothes, that stood on the waters of the flood, How long shall be  the end of these marvels?
Daniel 12:7 And I heard the man, that was clothed in linen clothes, that stood on the waters of the flood, when he had raised his right hand and left hand to heaven, and had sworn by him that liveth without end,  For into a time, and times, and the half of time.  And when the scattering of the hand of the holy people is [ful]filled, all these things shall be filled.
Daniel 12:8 And I heard, and understood not ; and I said, My lord, what shall be after these things?
Daniel 12:9 And he said, Go thou, Daniel, for the words be closed  and asealed, till to the time determined.
Daniel 12:10 Many men shall be chosen, and shall be made white, and shall be proved, as  fire, and wicked men shall do wickedly, neither all wicked men shall understand ; certainly taught men shall understand.
Daniel 12:11 And from the time when continual sacrifice is taken away, and abomination is set into discomfort, shall be a thousand days two hundred and ninety.
Daniel 12:12 He is blessed that abideth, and cometh fully, to a thousand days three hundred and five and thirty.
Daniel 12:13 But go thou, Daniel, to the time determined; and thou shalt rest, and stand in thy part, in the end of days.

"from the time when the continual sacrifice is taken away, etc;" that is, form the time in which the sacrament of the alter shall cease to be hollowed solemnly. "and abomination is set in to discomfort;" that is, antichrist is shewed to men for to be worshipped; from that time shoulen be "a thousand days two hundred and ninety", that maken three year and a half with twelve days, for a year hath three hundred days and sixty five; therefore thus it is open that three year and a half of the persecution of antichrist shoulden not be bigunnun from that time in which he shall shew himself to and draw some men to him, but from that time when he shall be of so great power, that he shall shew him to men, for to be worshipped, and when faithful men shulen not be hardi to make the sacrament of the alter openly, for the dread of him. "till a thousand days three hundred and thirty five;" here to the number biforgoing been addid forty five days that shulen be youun of God, after the death of antichrist, bifore the doom, that they that been deceived in the persecution of antichrist, moun do penance; and therefore Daniel seith, "he is blessid that cometh fulli til to a thousand days three hundred and thirty five;" that is, he is blessid, that shall stonde in the persecution of antichrist, that shall dure bi three year and an half, and yit shall live over this bi forty five days; for if he is not deceived by antichrist, he shall be crowned as a perfect man, and if he was deceived, he may do penance in those forty five days seeing the death of antichrist; for then his falseness shall be open to all men, and his power shall be taken away. Though this seeing is coming ynow, nethless it is not had hereby, that the coming of Christ to the doom shall be anoon after forty five natural days, to be reckoned from the death of antichrist, for it is not determined certainly that those forty five days been usual, ether customable days, ether days of yeeris, by that word of Ezechiel in the forth chapter Y has to thee a day for a year; and those it were determined of usual days, nethless it is not determined that the coming to the doom is anon after tho; rather it seemeth, that more space of time shall come betwix, by this that Christ saith, in twenty fourth chapter of Matthew, as in the days of Noe men weren eating and driking, wedding and giving to wedding, till to that day wherein Noe entered in to the ship, and they knewen not, till the great flood came, and took away all men, so shall be the coming of mannus son. And summe Christen doctours referen this to the time that shall be bitwix the death of antichrist, and the day of doom, but such peace and suckerness, in which feasts and weddings been used, semen not to be of so little time, as of forty five days, and most if this were determined of usual days; and this Y seide fulliere in thirty nineth chapter of Ezechiel. By things seid here, the falseness of Jewis is open, that seien, that here is set the time for which they owen to abide Messias, ether Saviour to coming, and as they seien, a day is taken here for a year, so that they owen to abide by a thousand three hundred and thirty five year, in beginning the reckening of these years, from the time wherein the idol was set in the temple; but an argument ether pref is maad aghenus this seiyng, for ether the setting of idol is taken of them of the idol set in the time of Antiok Epifanes, and this must be seid by those Jewis that expownen of ANtiok thingis before seid in this chapitre, and thanne the falseness of them appeareth openly, for from that time till now been passed more than a thousand and four hundred year, and netheless they han not got Messias, as they seien; ether it is taken of the idol set by the emperor of Rome, after the distroying made by Titus, and then it behoveth, that things beforesaid in this chapter weren expowned of the emperor of Rome; but this may not be, for that is seid, and he shall not charge any of goddis, etc. may not be expowned of him, for when Romans worshipped the goddis of all folks. Also it is open by this, that the waking of sleepers in the dust of earth, of which it is said in the beginning of this chapter, shall be understanding of the very rising again in the end of the world, and it is not taken for the going out of caves in the time of Machabes, as the false prophit saith, for Daniel rose not than in this manner.
