I recently discovered Daver3... I think it is a great program/project. However, when I went to the links to download the rest of the Hebrew audio files, I found that both links are no longer in existence. Could you please point me in the direction of a currently working link to the audio files?

Yes, this is problem, those URLs finished host mp3 files. Please follow instructions:
1) Go to http://www.mechon-mamre.org/p/pt/pt00.htm#mp3
(download "Book-by-Book MP3 Files", *NOT* zipped version of files)
seems there are exactly same files, as was used for indexing, so synchronization will work. Small problem is different filenames of mp3. Below is list of original files and lengths.
2)Get conversion utility from:
http://www.faithofgod.net/davar/files/patch/d3mp3fix.zip
Unzip small exe to some empty folder and add all mp3 which you got from link above. Then run exe. It will convert AND CHECK available files... so you can use them in Davar3 
3) DO NOT FORGET REPORT HERE RESULTS OF CONVERSION ... other people will follow your way soon

I downloaded the files from the location you gave... I renamed them as I was downloading them to the correct names. Everything seems to be working correctly.
