Using Davar Hebrew Dictionary freeware you can even search for Jonathan in the English Bible and compare with the Synchronized Hebrew Scriptures side by side to find that:

Jonathan (Yonatan) according to the Strong's Lexicon means "God has given" and is written in Hebrew:
יונתן

And is derived from Jehonathan, pronounced yeh-ho-naw-thawn' and written in Hebrew:
יהונתן

Also you can find all the interesting places where Jonathan was first used throughout the Scriptures.
