Even though I see the font files in the font folder of the Davar3 folder, whenever I go to options in the program or even looking in the lexicons, the fonts aren't showing.

The TTF files in Davar3 folder are prepared for user TO BE INSTALLED MANUALLY. It means, open control panels, fonts, install new, select folder with TTF fonts and be sure you have check "copy fonts to system folder". Then istall TTF and restart Davar3 - maybe also windows will need to restart.
