I guess, this will not be easy to do. Each company uses own data structure, indexes and additional data files according their view. Davar is same it this - simply, there is no "standard" for Bible narration.
For Davar3, we need to have audio in mp3 format, each (biblical) book as one mp3. This I think you can somehow transferr from your NIV audio bible - if audio is not encrypted (common practice for commercial software).
But most problematic thing is index. Simply: we need information which part of which file coresponds to e.g. Gen 1:1. Somehow, it is done in your NIV audio bible... but can be hard to find out and convert.
We have in D3 audio indexing tool, which create index file when you listen audio mp3. Davar3 community did great job (and thank to all) when indexed ~ 700 mb of mp3 with Hebrew old testament.
If you will feel, we need narrated other *free* translation (this is not case NIV) - I can help you with preparation of data.
