There are divers differences between the Hebrew texts of the Scriptures available online. Notwithstanding, they are minor, and usually don't take away from the message of the Scripture, that is, if the passage is read as a whole to grasp it's intention. It also must be brought to remembrance that "the spelling in the Hebrew Bible did not become uniformized until the sixteenth century with the advent of a printed version that could provide an identical standard text available at diverse geographical locations."

Code:
F.Y.I. Strong's Lexicons give an idea about translation

The original word in the Greek or Hebrew is translated by more than one word in the English. The English translation is separated by one or more other words from the original. e.g. Mt. 15:30 Strong's No. G630
English to send away
                send  #G630  #G0 her  #G846 away  #G630
Here the verb "send away" is split by the word "her". The zero means the verb only occurs once in this passage not twice. Sometimes five or six words separate a word.
Some exceptions are in Jer. 51:3 where the zero in "bendeth  #H1869  #H0 let the archer  #H1869  #H8802 bend  #H1869  #H8799" connects "bendeth" with "bend" not "archer". See also Nu:16:13, 22:17, 2Sa 12:14 (0)

 Qere Readings (08676)

In the Hebrew Bible,  the scribes did not alter any text they felt had been copied incorrectly. Rather they noted in the margin what they thought the written text should be. The written variation iscalled a kethiv and the marginal note is called the qere. Where the translators of the Authorised Version followed the kethiv reading rather than the qere,  we indicate the qere reading by the number 08676. For example,  in De 19:6  "blood" is coded as  #H01818 08676  #H05315. The translators followed the kethiv reading that has Strong's number  #H01818,  which means "blood",  but the qere reading is Strong's number  #H05315,  which means "life".

 Synonym Strong's Numbers (08677)

"Sometimes,  a word or phrase has individual Strong's numbers assigned to it and it has an additional Strong's number for the entire phrase. In Jud 20:18 the phrase house of God is coded as "house  #H01004 of God  #H0430 08677  #H01008" In this case the phrase could also mean place Bethel which has the Strong's number  #H01008.  Only by context can you distinguish proper names in Hebrew from individual words. Hence translators do arrive at different renderings for the same Hebrew."

Multiple Qere Readings for a Kethiv (08678)

There are several marginal or qere readings for a kethiv reading. In Ne 5:7 the word exact is coded as exact  #H05378  #H08778  #H05383  #H08675  #H05375". The two marginal readings,  Strong's numbers  #H05378 and  #H05383 exist for the one kethiv reading  #H05375.

In the Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia and the Aleppo Codex there are several such variants (within brackets) that the reader can read along, or merge to get the alternative left by the scribe.

Other differences between the Hebrew texts involve the yod and vav.
A Yod, or sometimes Vav are on some texts and not in others, and sometimes they are even interchanged. A Jewish friend said that:
Quote:
1.) Some times vav's in Hebrew manuscript are in the niqudot or are Vav's in the Holy texts.
2.) Yod's or Vav's in most cases won't change the meaning of the word cause in Hebrew in 90% of the cases they are used only as vowels. "

The few Torah variations:
