We got permission to sell Westminster Hebrew Morphology licenses. Although Davar is and will be freeware, when and if implemented, WHM could be an option. And hope our cost sounds reasonable to cover any extra transaction expenses.
Notwithstanding, there's still lots other work to be done before implementing this with Davar freeware. You can read more about WHM here:
