The Delitzsch New Testament Hebrew translation has a unique inclusion that appears within First 1John 5:6:
זֶה הוּא אֲשֶׁר-בָּא בְּמַיִם וּבְדָם (וּבְרוּחַ) יֵשׁוּעַ הַמָּשִׁיחַ לֹא בְּמַיִם בִּלְבַד כִּי אִם-בַּמַּיִם וּבַדָּם וְהָרוּחַ הוּא הַמֵּעִיד כִּי הָרוּחַ הוּא הָאֱמֶת

Taking into account that the Scriptures mention that God had given the breath of life to man from the beginning of creation..
Genesis 2:7
Then the LORD God shope man, even of the mould of the earth and breathed into his face the breath of life. So man was made a living soul.
- Tyndale and friends Bible

Zechariah 12:1
The heavy burthen which the LORD hath devised for Israel. Thus sayeth the LORD, which spread the heavens abroad, laid the foundation of the earth, and giveth man the breath of life:
- Tyndale and friends Bible

Acts 17:24-28
24God that made the world, and all that are in it, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, he dwelleth not in temples made with hands  25neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed of any thing. Forasmuch as he giveth to all men life and breath every where,  26and hath made of one blood all nations of men, for to dwell on all the face of the earth. And hath assigned times appointed before; And the ends of their inhabitation,  27that they should seek God, if they might feel and find him, though he be not far from every one of us.  28For in him we live, move, and have our being, as certain of your own poets said. For we are also his generation.
- Tyndale and friends Bible

And taking into account how that after Christ's crucified blood and water poured out to the earth:
John 19:34
but one of the soldiers with a spear, thrust him into the side, and forthwith came there out blood and water.
- Tyndale and friends Bible

Therefore ((with emphasis on how John is writting about how Iesus the beginning of the creatures (Re 3:14) came in that flesh by the water and the blood)) and how that (Roo-akh) (spirit) can be also translated as (breath) that goes well with representing those words and the passage as a whole:
1 John 5:6 This Iesus Christ is he that came by water and blood, (the spirit and breath) not by water only: but by the water and the blood. And it is the spirit and breath that bears witness, because the spirit and breath ((of Christ)) is verity.
(Yea HE IS the absolute trueth reality why we even breathe and exist.)
1 John 5
1Whosoever believeth that Jesus is Christ, is born of God. And every one that loveth him which begat, loveth him also which was begotten of him.  2In this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.  3This is the love of God, that we keep his commandments, and his commandments are not grievous.  4For all that is born of God, overcometh the world. And this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.  5Who is it that overcometh the world: but he which believeth that Jesus is the son of God?  6This Jesus Christ is he that came by water and blood, not by water only: but by water and blood. And it is the spirit that beareth witness, because the spirit is truth.  7(For there are three which bear record in heaven, the father, the word, and the wholy ghost. And these three are one.)  8And there are three which bear record (in earth:) the spirit, and water, and blood: and these three are one.  9If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater. For this is the witness of God, (that is greater) which he testified of his son.  10He that believeth on the son of God hath the witness in himself. He that believeth not God, hath made him a liar, because he believed not the record that God gave of his son.  11And this is that record, how that God hath given unto us eternal life, and this life is in his son.  12He that hath the son, hath life: and he that hath not the son of God, hath not life.  13These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the son of God, that ye may know how that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the son of God.  14And this is the trust that we have in him: that if we ask any thing according to his will he heareth us.  15And if we know that he hear us whatsoever we ask, we know that we shall have the petitions that we desire of him.  16If any man see his brother sin a sin that is not unto death, let him ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death, for which say I not that a man should pray.  17All unrighteousness is sin, and there is sin not unto death.  18We know that whosoever is born of God, sinneth not: but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked toucheth him not.  19We know that we are of God, and that the world is altogether set on wickedness.  20We know that the son of God is come, and hath given us a mind to know him which is true: and we are in him that is true, through his son Jesu Christ. This same is very God, and eternal life.  21Babes keep yourselves from images. Amen.

John 20:24-28
24 Thomas one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.  25The other disciples said unto him: we have seen the Lord. And he said unto them: except I see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger in the holes of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.  26And after eight days again, his disciples were with in, and Thomas was with them. Jesus came when the doors were shut, and stood in the midst and said: peace be with you:  27Than said he to Thomas: put in thy finger here, and see my hands, and put forth thy hand and thrust him into my side, and be not without faith: but believe.  28Thomas answered and said unto him: my Lord, and my God.

Luke 24:39
Behold my hands and my feet. For it is even I myself. Handle me and see. For spirits have not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.

Interesting to note some symbolic facts:
1. The water composes more than 50% of a human body, and the water is transparent like a ghost
2. The blood naturally burns like fire (for reproduction) aknowledging the Creator & Lord of all who even died (shedding all his blood for us) and yet lives in the flesh on high provably with the spirit of God onely running through his veins.
3. The spirit of Christ the Lord is like a great wind and certainly the real breath of life greatly impacting the world

2 Timothy 2:11-21
11It is a true saying: If we be dead with him, we also shall live with him;  12If we be patient, we shall also reign with him; If we deny him, he also shall deny us;  13If we believe not, yet abideth he faithful; He cannot deny himself.  14Of these things put them in remembrance, and testify before the Lord, that they strive not about words, which is to no profit, but to pervert the hearers.  15Study to shew thyself laudable unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, dividing the word of truth justly.  16Unghostly and vain voices pass over. For they shall increase unto greater ungodliness,  17and their words shall fret even as doth a canker: of whose number is Hymeneos and Philetos,  18which as concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already, and do destroy the faith of divers persons.  19But the sure ground of God remaineth, and hath this seal: the Lord knoweth them that are his, and let every man that calleth on the name of Christ, depart from iniquity.  20Notwithstanding in a great house are not only vessels of gold and of silver: but also of wood and of earth: Some for honour, and some unto dishonour.  21 If a man purge himself from such fellows, he shall be a vessel sanctified unto honour meet for the Lord, and prepared unto all good works.
