1:24 24 and seide, What to vs and to thee, thou Jhesu of Nazareth? hast thou come to distrie vs? Y woot that thou art the hooli of God. 24 saying: let me alone: what have we to do with thee Iesus of Nazareth? Art thou come to destroy us? i know what thou art, thou art that holy man promised of God. 24 sayinge: let be: what have we to do with the thou Iesus of Nazareth? Arte thou come to destroye vs? I knowe the what thou arte eue that holy of god. 24 and sayde: Oh what haue we to do with the, thou Iesus of Nazareth. Art thou come to destroye us? 1:27 27 And alle men wondriden, so that thei souyten with ynne hem silf, and seiden, What thing is this? what newe doctrine is this? for in power he comaundith to vnclene spiritis, and thei obeyen to hym. 27 And they were all amazed, insomuch that they demanded one of another among themselves, saying: what thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for he commandeth the foul spirits with power, and they obey him. 27 And they were all amased in so moche that they demaunded one of another amoge them selves saying: what thinge is this? what newe doctryne is this? For he comaundeth the foule spirites with power and they obeye him. 27 And they were all astonnyed, in so moch that they axed one another amonge the selues, & sayde: What is this? What new lernynge is this? For he comaundeth the foule spretes with power, and they are obedient vnto him. 27 And they were all amased, so that they demaunded one of another, saying, What thing is this? what newe doctrine is this? for he commandeth euen the foule spirites with authoritie, and they obey him. 27 And they were all amased, insomuch that they demaunded one of another among them selues, saying: What thing is this? As long tyme as thei haue the spouse with hem, thei moun not faste. 19 And Iesus said unto them: can the children of a wedding fast, while the bridegroom is with them? As long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast. 19 And Iesus sayde vnto them: can the chyldren of a weddinge faste while the brydgrome is wt them. As longe as they have the brydgrome with them they cannot faste. 19 And Iesus sayde vnto them: How can the weddinge children fast, whyle the brydegrome is with them? So longe as ye brydegrome is with them, they can not fast. 19 And Iesus saide vnto them, Can the children of the marriage chamber fast, whiles the bridegrome is with them? as long as they haue the bridegrome with them, they cannot fast. 19 And Iesus sayde vnto them: Can the chyldren of the brydechaumber fast, whyle the brydegrome is with them? 2:21 21 No man sewith a patche of newe clooth to an elde clooth, ellis he takith awei the newe patche fro the elde, and a more brekyng is maad. 21 ¶ Also no man soweth a piece of new cloth unto an old garment, for then taketh he away the new piece from the old, and so is the rent worse. 21 Also no ma soweth a pece of newe cloth vnto an olde garmet for then taketh he awaye ye newe pece fro the olde and so is the rent worsse. 21 No man soweth a pece of new cloth vnto an olde garment, for els he taketh awaye the new pece from the olde, and so is the ret worse. 21 Also no man soweth a piece of newe cloth in an olde garment: for els the newe piece that filled it vp, taketh away somewhat from the olde, and the breach is worse. 21 No man also soweth a peece of newe cloth, vnto an olde garment: otherwayes, his newe peece taketh awaye from the olde, and so the rent is made worse.  21 No man also soweth a piece of new cloth on an old garment: else the new piece that filled it vp, taketh away from the old, & the rent is made worse. {new cloth: or, raw, or, unwrought cloth}
2:22 22 And no man puttith newe wyn in to elde botelis, ellis the wyn schal breste the botels, and the wyn schal be sched out, and the botels schulen perische. But newe wyn schal be put into newe botels. 22 ¶ In like wise, no man poureth new wine into old vessels, for if he do the new wine breaketh the vessels, and the wine runneth out, and the vessels are marred. But new wine must be poured into new vessels. 22 In lyke wyse no man poureth newe wyne into olde vessels: for yf he do the newe wyne breaketh the vessels and the wyne runneth out and the vessels are marred. 2:23 23 And it was doon eftsoones, whanne the Lord walkid in the sabotis bi the cornes, and hise disciplis bigunnen to passe forth, and plucke eeris of the corn. 23 ¶ And it chanced that he went thorow the corn fields on the saboth day, and his disciples as they went on their way, began to pluck the ears of corn. 23 And it chaunsed that he wet thorow ye corne feldes on the Saboth daye: and his disciples as they went on their waye beganne to plucke the eares of corne. 23 And it chaunsed that vpon ye Sabbath he wente thorow the corne feldes, and his disciples begane to make a waye thorow, and to plucke the eares of ye corne. 23 And it came to passe as hee went through the corne on the Sabbath day, that his disciples, as they went on their way, began to plucke the eares of corne. 23 And it came to passe, that he went thorowe the corne fieldes on the Sabboth dayes, and his disciples began by ye way to plucke the eares of corne.  23 And it came to passe, that he went thorow the corne fields on the Sabbath day, & his disciples began as they went, to plucke the eares of corne.
2:24 24 And the Farisees seiden to hym, Lo! what thi disciplis doon in sabotis, that is not leeueful. 24 And the pharises said unto him: Take heed why do they on the saboth day that which is unlawful? 24 And the Pharises sayde vnto him: beholde why do they on the Saboth dayes yt which is not laufull? 24 And the Pharises sayde vnto him: Beholde, what thy disciples do, which is not laufull vpo the Sabbath. 24 And the Pharises saide vnto him, Beholde, why doe they on the Sabbath day, that which is not lawfull? 24 And the pharisees sayde vnto hym: Beholde, why do they on the Sabboth dayes, that which is not lawfull?  24 And the Pharisees saide vnto him, Behold, why do they on the Sabbath day that which is not lawfull?
2:25 25 And he seide to hem, Radden ye neuer what Dauid dide, whanne he hadde nede, and he hungride, and thei that weren with hym? 25 And he said to them: have ye never read what David did, when he had need, and was an hungered both he and they that were with him? 25 And he sayde to them: have ye never rede what David dyd when he had nede and was anhogred bothe he and they that were with him? 25 And he sayde vnto the: Haue ye neuer red what Dauid dyd, wha he had nede, and was anhongred, both he and they that were wt him: 25 And he saide to them, Haue yee neuer read what Dauid did when he had neede, and was an hungred, both he, and they that were with him? 25 And he sayde vnto them: Haue ye neuer read what Dauid did, when he had nede, and was an hungred, both he, and they that were with hym?  25 And he said vnto them, Haue ye neuer read what Dauid did, when hee had need, and was an hungred, he, and they that were with him?

3:1 1 And he entride eftsoone in to the synagoge, and there was a man hauynge a drye hoond. 1 ¶ And he entered again into the synagogue, and there was a man which had a withered hand: 1 And he entred agayne into ye synagoge and there was a man there which had a widdred honde. 1 He wente agayne also in to the synagoge, and there was there a ma that had a wythred hande. 1 And he entred againe into ye Synagogue, and there was a man which had a withered had. 1 And he entred agayne into the synagogue, & a man was there whiche had a wythered hande:  1 And he entred againe into the Synagogue, and there was a man there which had a withered hand:

3:3 3 And he seide to the man that hadde a drie hoond, Rise in to the myddil. 3 And he said unto the man which had the withered hand: arise and stand in the midst. 3 And he sayde vnto ye man which had ye wyddred honde: arise and stonde in ye middes. 3 And he sayde vnto ye ma with the wythred hade: Steppe forth here. 3 Then he saide vnto the man which had the withered hand, Arise: stand forth in the middes. 3 And he saide vnto the man which had the wythered hande: Aryse, [and stande] in the myddes.  3 And he saith vnto the man which had the withered hand, Stand forth. {Stand forth: Gr. 3:4 4 And he seith to hem, Is it leeueful to do wel in the sabatis, ether yuel? to make a soul saaf, ether to leese? And thei weren stille. 4 And he said to them: whether is it lawful to do a good deed on the saboth day, or an evil? to save a man's life, or to kill? But they held their peace. 4 And he sayd to them: whether is it laufull to do a good dede on ye Saboth dayes or an evyll? to save life or kyll? But they helde their peace. 4 And he sayde vnto the: Is it laufull to do good on the Sabbath? Or is it laufull to do euell? to saue life, or to kyll? But they helde their tonge. 4 And he saide to them, Is it lawfull to doe a good deede on the Sabbath day, or to doe euil? to saue the life, or to kill? But they held their peace. 4 And he saide vnto them: Is it lawful to do good on the Sabboth dayes, or to do euyl? to saue lyfe, or to kyll? But they helde their peace.  4 And hee saith vnto them, Is it lawfull to doe good on the Sabbath dayes, or to doe euill? to saue life, or to kill? but they held their peace.
3:5 5 And he biheeld hem aboute with wraththe, and hadde sorewe on the blyndnesse of her herte, and seith to the man, Hold forth thin hoond. And he helde forth, and his hoond was restorid to hym. 5 And he looked round about on them angerly mourning on the blindness of their hearts. And said to the man: stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it forth: And the hand was restored, even as whole as the other. 5 And he loked round aboute on them angerly mournyge on the blindnes of their hertes and sayde to the man: stretch forth thyne honde. And he stretched it oute. And his honde was restored even as whole as the other. 5 And he loked rounde aboute vpon them with wrath, and was sory for the harde hertes of the, and sayde vnto the man: Stretch out thine hande. And he stretched it out. And his hande was made whole like as ye other. 5 Then hee looked rounde about on them angerly, mourning also for the hardnesse of their hearts, and saide to the man, Stretch foorth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hande was restored, as whole as the other. 5 And when he had loked rounde about on them with anger, mournyng for the hardnesse of their heartes, he sayth to the man: stretch foorth thyne hande. And he stretched it out: And his hande was restored, euen as whole as the other.  5 And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieued for the hardnesse of their hearts, He saith vnto the man, Stretch foorth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other. {hardness: or, blindness}
3:6 6 Sotheli Farisees yeden out anoon, and maden a counsel with Erodians ayens hym, hou thei schulden lese hym. 6 ¶ The pharises departed, and straightway gathered a counsel with them that belonged to Herode against him, that they might destroy him. 6 And ye Pharises departed and streyght waye gaddred a counsell with the that belonged to Herode agaynst him yt they might destroye him. 6 And the Pharises wete out, and straight waye they helde a councell with Herodes officers agaynst him, how they might destroye him. 6 And the Pharises departed, and straightway gathered a councill with the Herodians against him, that they might destroy him.
